To begin with,

I know that finding a therapist you can trust and feel connected to can be challenging, especially when you are going through a difficult time. I work with individuals and couples, and specialize in the treatment of anxiety and stress management, insomnia, and relationship issues.  For more detail please take a look at the page about me.

My style is interactive and direct, and I am passionate about helping clients work through any dilemmas or areas where they feel stuck.  Being truly listened to or seen for who one is, sometimes for the first time, can also be a very transformative experience.

Together we will find ways to discover your strengths, and then help you use those strengths to create positive, lasting change in your life. Seeing your life turn around can be exhilarating. Therapy does not have to be a dark or scary process, and we will only move at a pace with which you are comfortable.

SLEEP SOLUTIONS CLINIC. I am trained in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to tackle sleep problems and the resultant distress and long term issues arising from sleep deprivation and/or an increasing reliance on medication.

This treatment is a scientifically proven and effective 6 week program, structured from extensive Harvard Medical School research. Five sessions over the course of 6 weeks are entirely focused on improving your sleep patterns, thoughts and behaviors. It would be independent of any other psychotherapy treatment you may be receiving, so you do not have to terminate with your therapist (if you already have one) to participate in this program. Please refer to my Sleep Solutions Clinic page for more information.

I am primarily working remotely for now, although it’s possible to schedule occasional in-person sessions at my office in Westwood on request.

Please call or email for an appointment. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the process.
